件の問題とは、SoftBankが公式に必須とうたっている「ホワイトプラン(i)」「S!ベーシックパック(i)」「パケット定額フル」に、オプションである「Wホワイト」を推奨としてiPhoneに抱き合わせ販売していたことである。

尚、Wホワイトプランとは、ホワイトプラン（月額980円）に、月額980円を上乗せして、デイタイムの通話を無料、深夜帯の通話をホワイトプランのデイタイム通話の半額にする、というものである。

今回iPhoneを購入したSoftBank「三軒茶屋店」では、「Wホワイト」が「当店の推奨プランとなっております」という理由で、iPhoneの購入に必須のプランとなっていた。

事前に海上氏の記事を読んでいたため、プランの抱き合わせ販売が問題となっていたこと、SoftBank側が各店舗への指導を行う旨、回答があったことを窓口に伝えたが、そんなことは微塵も知らされておらず、Wホワイトが必須であることだけを突き返された。

氏同様、窓口で口論するのを避け、さっさとiPhoneを入手したかったため、取り敢えず、Wホワイトで契約することにした。

帰宅するや否や問合せ窓口へ電話をかけ、強制的に契約させられた旨を伝えてプラン変更をおこなった。しかし、販売店での抱き合わせ販売については何も触れられることは無かった。

不幸中の幸いにして、Wホワイトは日割りが効くため、末締めであるSoftBankの課金制度も手伝って、締め日まで残日数二日＝63円の課金で済むこととなった（尚、ホワイトプランは日割り不可なので、月初に購入することをお勧めする）

今回、被害金額が少ないため、この件を大きく騒ぎ立てるつもりはないが、国内でiPhoneを購入した方は、知らずに不要なプランやオプションを付けられていないか、今一度確認してほしい。

素晴らしい製品を販売するチャンスを得る事が出来たSoftBankには、この件を見過ごさず、実態に基づいた指導を各店舗に対し行って欲しい。

Its detail is that you need choose price plans "White Plan (i)", "S! Basic Pack(i)", and "Packet Teigaku Full", however some SoftBank shops sells iPhone with unnecessary "W White" plan as an essential (recommended) plan.

With W White Plan, you need pay extra charge (980yen) with 980yen of White Plan. This plan sets daytime call free. And midnight call is half price of daytime call of Normal White Plan.

In SoftBank shop "SangenJyaya" Tokyo, W White was an essential plan to purchase iPhone because W White is a recommended plan of SangenJyaya shop.

Before I bought iPhone, I read the topic of Shinobu Unakami, so, I told the person in SoftBank shop that there was a news of tie-in sale of iPhone and SoftBank said they will guide SoftBank shops on this issue. Though she didn't know about it at all, and just told me W White was an essential plan in the shop.

Like Mr.Unakami did, I signed the contract because I didn't want to argue with her and want to get iPhone so quickly.

Soon after I got home, I called the support line. Then I told about tie-in sale and I was enforced to choose unnecessary W White Plan, but what I told was not noticed in this talk.

Please check your plan again if you bought iPhone 3G in Japan.

SoftBank got a chance to sell a good product. I would not like them to dismiss this issue and guide it strictly.
