I tried the demo worrying about stealing or leaking out my Skype ID.
There is no stress on IM+ and it feels like standalone app on iPhone.
Making phone call is based on callback system. So, technically you can not make direct call to Skype on PC. And you need Skype Out to make phone call.
Skype call from IM+ is not free. You will be disappointed with that point and its complicated charge system.
