In last entry, I wrote a topic about transfering photo data to PC (it was an incorrect topic. I did not examine it well).

iPhoto can mount iPhone and transfer all photos to your Mac in fact, but you have to use both iPhoto and iTunes to synchronize your iPhoto collections.

And iTunes does not list "Event" of iPhoto in its synchronize setting, so you need make "Album" to synchronize your iPhoto archives. (At least "Event" list can be synchronized in iTunes, but only by sort of recent "Event" list)

And Windows can mount iPhone as a storage device (Digital Camera). I think Windows have an advantage of organizing pictures in iPhone. But, Windows can not make Photo Albums in iPhone like iPhoto of MacOSX.
